Holland House
 Holland House offers 2,300 square feet of living space with five acres of beautiful lawns, natural water springs and wooded trails. This private extension to the Springside Inn is completely furnished in period decor and features 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen and separate dining area, screened in porch and back patio. The house is set back from the road with a large front yard with access to shared lake rights on beautiful Owasco Lake. Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Central NY, it's close proximity to Syracuse, Ithaca and Rochester make it an ideal location for your next private gathering.
Rental of Holland House
Rental of the entire house is available for groups up to eight people. It is ideal for your bridal party or special guests who are in from out of town. Rental of the property includes all linens and towels, china, flatware, glassware, cooking utensils and necessities. A large TV/VCR/DVD as well as many books and magazines are available for your entertainment. Overnight guests will enjoy a complimentary bottle of Finger Lakes wine upon arrival and a continental breakfast.
**A minimum two-night stay is required for Fridays and Saturdays June 1 – August.
*$500 plus 13% tax per night for up to 8 people
*$20 dollars extra for each additional person
*Extra cots are provided for an additional $20 per cot

Holland House Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies:
121+ days — No rental fee collected
120-91 days — 25% rental fee collected
90-61 days — 50% rental fee collected
60-31 days — 75% rental fee collected
30-0 days — 100% rental fee collected
